Do you want your loved one to live? If the answer is yes, don’t bring them here. My mother had a horrible experience here, until I was fed up and moved her. They ignored her, and when I asked them to start assisting and stop ignoring, they drugged her up. The doctor doesn’t want to meet with or even talk to family members. He doesn’t even take the time to go see his patients, only looks at a chart when he is there. The nurses and CNAs are average at best, but most don’t want to be there and don’t care. The social worker, Demetri, is terrible and never returned my calls. It is blatantly obvious that this is only a job for him and he truly doesn’t care. At night, no one ever answers the phone when I tried to call and check on my mom. The ONLY pro is the therapy department. I’m convinced my mom would have died if I left her there. This place is the worst of the worst.
