I Visited This Facility
Creekside Pines is a very nice community. The residents that we met all seem very happy. The staff members are wonderful. They took us around the community, answered all of our questions, and were very nice. The way that they serve the meals and the menu is great. They offer meals throughout the day, so it’s not a set time, which is nice. They have a salon that has a visiting hairdresser who comes about once a week and a small exercise area for physical therapy as well, which is nice. They have a living room, a little computer area, washing and drying facility on each level, and a library, which are all nice. They have a common shop run by the residents of the community, which is cute. All of the shop’s funds go back into the community itself. I also like that they have a community board and all the members are residents of the community. They also have a chapel.

My family experienced first hand the good quality, caring, kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff at Creekside Pines in Dallas, GA as my cousin lived there for nearly 7 years.The facility met all our expectations in a very positive way.I would highly recommend Creekside Pines as an excellent retirement community where your loved one will be given well deserved attention and respect.
I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/past Resident
First of all, this review is to any family members that would be visiting their relatives who live here or decided to live here. My grandmother has been treated very well and loves it here however, I shouldnt feel as though I am not welcome when I come to visit. My grandmother has lived here a little over 5 months, about a month after she moved in I started getting in trouble with management. Yes, me her granddaughter who visits her 2-3 times/week. All the other staff at Creekside pines has been nice and professional. I am not impressed with the professionalism of the manager at Creekside pines. I feel that if I didnt visit so often, this probably wouldnt be an issue but I will not stop visiting no matter how rude management is to me because its not about my relationship with them, it is about my relationship with my grandmother. I also feel that if I were at least 20 years older this wouldnt be an issue because I couldnt imagine yelling and being disrespectful to someone older than me. I feel that I have been disrespected by this place one too many times and that the management needs to learn how to be nice and respectful and also needs to let their rules be known before you get yelled at. I understand that you are trying to run a civil place, but you are the ones not being civil by yelling at visitors.
