Del Webb is a division of Pulte Homes that focuses on building and developing 55+ active adult communities. Del Webb is one of the original pioneers of the 55-plus community concept, having started their first development, Sun City, more than 50 years ago.
Del Webb currently has several new home communities under development in Florida, with several more on the way.

Village At Deaton Creek
Located just on the north eastern section of metro Atlanta, this community was the top selling community for over a decade in Georgia. Thats right, top seller for the entire state. Its success has helped turn the entire area into a seniors paradise with healthcare next door, golf across the street and every grocery store and steak restaurant you can think of all within golf cart driving distance.
Cypressfalls At The Woodlands
Cypress Falls at The Woodlands is a 55+ active adult community located in North Port, which is right outside of Port Charlotte in Southwest Florida.
The two big selling points for this community are the low-maintenance home designs and close access to local amenities like beaches and golf courses. Of course, there is also the resort-style pool, fitness center, and plenty of hobby clubs available to residents as well. Cypress Falls at The Woodlands is currently offering six different home designs.

Del Webb Chateau Elan
After the phenomenal success of Village At Deaton Creek in Hoschton, Del Webb has launched a sort of sister community in Chateau Elan. Although, no one would ever call this a sister community because this Del Webb community access the amenities of Chateau Elan, including 3 golf courses, a winery and horse trails to name a few.

Where Are Del Webb Communities Located
Del Webb is Pultes Active Adult brand for home building. If youre reading this than no doubt you already know the brand and their reputation. Active adult communities are very popular all across the country and Del Webb is likely building in your area. Del Webbs communities are popular because they often include amazing amenities packages only found when you retire to Florida or in a larger community with no age restrictions.
Del Webb communities can be found in all of the best states to retire to, but also in some of the best cities in the worst states to retire to. Essentially, they are everywhere retirees want to be.
Almost all Del Webb communities will have amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, baseball or basketball courts, tennis, walking trails, ponds and of course a community center. Instead of listing those same amenities on each Del Webb community, well only mention the highlights or exceptions. Also, dont be fooled by Del Webbs website which will often list Pulte communities that are not even active adult communities!
