Trilogy At Vistancia Real Estate
Trilogy at Vistancia began home sales in February 2004 and the original community of 2400 homes sold out in 2015, but due to the overwhelming success of Trilogy at Vistanica, Shea homes purchased the land directly to the northwest of the original community and annexed it as part of the development.
The annexed area is called Trilogy West and it is somewhat separated from the original community in that it has its own gated entrance, its own smaller clubhouse called The Mita, and the homes do not surround the golf course like they do in the original section. However, all residents at both communities have full access to both of the recreation centers, club, activities and amenities.

An equine therapy program at The Hacienda, facilitated by Barbara Rector of Adventures in Awareness, aims to help residents improve their physical and mental health through work with horses.
There is some evidence that horses can help with the devastating symptoms of Alzheimers and other age-related memory problems.
There are a number of studies that indicatethat just being in the presence of horses helps reduce agitation, maybe reduces the negative effects of Sundowners Syndrome, said David Freshwater, chairman of Watermark, in a story on KGUN9.
Besides helping ease clinical symptoms, programs like The Haciendas bring joy to seniors during what can be a stressful transition from life as an independent adult to assisted living.

Rector of Adventures in AwarenessTM create and direct The Haciendas distinct therapeutic equine therapeutic program, called In the Presence of HorsesSM. Using an invitational approach, where human and horse invite one another into each others presence, these special sessions with horses encourage meaningful connections to self, to others and to the larger community.
Residents, with Barbaras team helping in an experiential learning through doing technique, learn how and what the horse is communicating through its own nonverbal yet very expressive form of language. Through this intercommunication, residents learn about relationship development and communication skills, with an emphasis on trust and choice.
Therapeutic equine sessions vary in length and in the type of interaction with the horse: some residents are in the presence of the horse, with no physical touching but being with the horse from a shorter or longer distance. Other sessions are meet and greet, mutual choosing and heart scan that focus on horse and human getting to know one another, followed up with touching and grooming.
