Reviews For Heritage Village Gainesville

Heritage Hunt

We did a tour with this community and it was very nice. The tour was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information to consider. The community was very nice and they were very accommodating to us. They also followed up with and made sure all our questions were answered.

We have only been able to go inside the community once, but as far as we can see looking through the lobby and the windows it looks to be very clean. The activities were pretty limited due to tall the restrictions, but they really did try their absolute best.

The rooms and overall layout of the community would be a five out of five. All the people were very pleasant they knew everyone by name which was nice. We were very satisfied with the Heritage Village Gainesville.

It’s a beautiful facility and if you can afford it your loved one would be happy there. The room sizes were above average, The food was awesome before covid I have tried it since. They had a nice dining facility also.I would recommend this facility.

The food could be improved. I would like more soft foods, due to me being on a pureed diet before. They have bingo as an activity. The staff is friendly. The community backs to a wooded area. The outdoor areas are lovely.
