Alternatives To An Active Adult Community
For some of you, being in an active adult community may end up putting you just a little outside of your price range. Truth is, HOA dues are typically higher in these communities because of extra common areas to take care of, full yard care that they provide for the homeowner, amenities, etc. If you find that the prices in the Charlotte 55+ communities are a little more than you can handle, a ranch style or master down plan in a non-55+ neighborhood might be the best bet. If this sounds like you, feel free to view some ranch or master down plans now.
If you’re contemplating a move to the Charlotte region, I hope you’ll reach out to me sooner than later. I’m only a and am happy to have a friendly and productive discussion with you. I’m also very NO-pressure. Additionally, if it matters to you, I happen to be a Senior Real Estate Specialist and have helped many folks over the years in your shoes make a move.
