We toured with Linwood Estates and it was a nice place but was not going to fit my loved ones needs. They did not offer 3 meals a day, 5 days a week which is something we were looking for. They also did not offer a free gym membership which was an amenity we wanted.
Our family had an in person tour and it was a great experience, the director alone would of been one of the main reasons for choosing this community for our loved one. He made such a great first impression.

It seemed dated. The staff were really nice.
We are thrilled with Linwood. The food is good, al though I feel like the menu could use a little work . But the dining experience is great. They make everyone feel very special, a true fine dining experience. Overall we are extremely happy.
