Hear From Our Residents
I like my apartment, the view from my room, and the carport that provides protection for my car. I like not having to sign a contract for a year and that the monthly fee is reasonable. I enjoy being around other people and visiting with them in the dining room and when gathering for activities. I like the convenience of having a beauty shop here. I appreciate not having any yard work, house work to do or cooking either. The dining room offers a big menu selection to choose from at every meal. I like not having to make repairs. Maintenance personnel take care of problems. Its comforting to have a staff of nurses and med techs on duty around the clock. I like everyone who works and provides services for the residents here. Before Covid, we had a variety of activities, musical entertainment, church services, an exercise class, and the bus took us shopping and on short sight-seeing trips. I am happy and content living here at the Ponderosa!
Doris U. Dave and Lois S. R.C.
I would recommend Ponderosa to anyone. The residents and staff here are great. It is the second best next to being in my own home. The move in process was easy everyone was nice, pleasant, and helpful throughout. Being at the Ponderosa makes me feel like I am at home and I am very happy to be here. Ponderosa has a great menu! It changes each month but there is always familiar food. The kitchen staff does a great job and are always willing to adjust any meal to a personal preference.
