I was lead housekeeper and kept up pretty well with the tasks that were handed to me besides doing my own tasks. I really enjoyed the residents and coworkers.
Superiors can be intimidating and cold. No passion for employee stability. Compensation is inadequate. Great relationships with residents though. Stressful environment.
Willing to work with staff and their schedules as much as possible. Company wants you to succeed at your job. Set schedules and no Mandation. Environment is inviting.
Residents and employees outstanding to work with. Leadershipoutstanding to be around. Very good interview process. Culture is positive, not punitive.
I don’t wanna say anything about about the place. I was always told if you don’t have nothing nice don’t say anything at all. It was a nice place to work at. it’s time to move on.
