Management was great at one time. Now its horrible. Management is worried about saving a penny so they can go on a cruise or whatever it is that year. Employees get no bonuses , no raises or appreciation.

Management is horrible! Whatever outside problems are happening they bring the negative attitude to work! No matter the affect on them other employees or management
They only care about the residents. It doesn’t matter how we feel as the employees when we’re doing all the work. The communication is way off so everyone be lost in the woods.
It has no promotions for growth in this company.The management was terrible. I had been there almost a year and not once did I have orientation. I was promised an increase in pay once i made probation. It never happened. The pay sucks.
