What are people saying about assisted living facilities services in Saint Augustine, FL?

This is a review for a assisted living facilities business in Saint Augustine, FL:

“In the memory care, they make a lot of empty promises. Many activities on the monthly schedule, never happen. My parent was there for 6 months and I ended up moving him. They do not know how to handle the visually impaired. Can not contact anyone after hours by telephone. Even though hospice was involved, Silver Creek did not follow protocol. My father was sent to Flagler Hospital, in flu season, without contacting hospice. I now am responsible for several thousand dollars in bills from this trip, because medicare will not pay for treatment when hospice is involved. And they never explained to my father why he was going to hospital by ambulance. Scared a 90 year old man. Think twice. Looks beautiful, but little more. Very high staff turnover.”
