This is a nice community, and our tour of it went well. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. From what we saw the community was nice, and clean. The staff we met was friendly, and informative. The experience was a good one, but we did find another community that suited our needs better.
When I toured the Triple Creed Community, it was my favorite of the bunch. I would not recommend it based on my experience. The staff was nice, though, and the tour guide was able to answer my questions and gave me good information.
We toured this community when we were looking into care options for our loved one. This was a very nice looking senior community, and everyone seemed very friendly. Unfortunately they did not have the level of memory care that our loved one required, so they were not an option for us.
Medical Staff Hours Per Patient
One of the reasons this turned out to be a quality nursing home is it received an impressive grade in inspections. In fact, inspections ended up being its best category. In that category, we awarded this facility an A. Inspection ratings take several factors into consideration, including deficiencies and federal fines. You can learn more about each of these items by obtaining copies of nursing homes’ inspection reports. Fortunately, although this nursing home had some minor dings on its government inspection report, it had zero severe deficiencies. Severe deficiencies are those found in categories G through L. This tells you the inspectors did not consider any of the deficiencies on this facility’s report to pose an imminent threat to patient health or safety. A few relatively minor deficiencies aren’t necessarily something to panic about.
